Privacy Policy

Velantis Studio (“Velantis”, “we”, “us”) is a software and AI engineering studio. For the purposes of this policy we are the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at team@velantissystems.com.

We collect two things, and only two things:

• Information you give us in the contact form. Your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, the service you are interested in, a budget range, and the message you write. You control all of it.
• Basic, aggregated usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which records page views and referrers without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We use what you submit through the contact form for exactly one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes that way, to discuss and scope an engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and — where a project proceeds — the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.

We use aggregated analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful and keeping the site fast.

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and are readable only by Velantis personnel through a password-protected internal page. Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their own terms:

• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• Supabase — database storage for contact form submissions

These providers operate infrastructure outside your country of residence. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for such transfers.

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary for the purpose they were collected — typically the life of the conversation, and afterwards for our business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email team@velantissystems.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you are entitled to complain to your local data protection authority.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit, including encrypted transport, access controls on the database, and limiting access to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear rather than buried.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the agreement between you and Velantis, or failing that, to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
